Cathy Wang Partner
Cathy provides legal services to foreign and domestic clients on foreign direct investment in China, including establishment and operation of Sino-foreign equity/cooperative joint ventures, wholly foreign-owned enterprises and representative offices. She also provides legal consulting services to foreign and domestic clients on company law, contract law, intellectual property law, labour law and other commercial issues.
Cathy gained her Juris Master degree at University of International Business and Economics and her B.A. of Economics at Shenyang University of Technology.
