Representing clients in domestic litigations and overseas/domestic arbitrations (including disputes of shipbuilding contract, disputes of contract of carriage of goods by sea, disputes of claims of subrogation in marine insurance, general average disputes, maritime injunction, arrest of ship, disputes of sale of goods, disputes of infringing the intellectual property rights, disputes of architectural design, disputes related to joint venture, charterparty disputes);

Advising domestic clients on overseas listing (including in Hong Kong and UK);

Advising clients on domestic and cross-border M&A (including M&A by equities and/or assets and M&A related to mines and real estates);

Advising clients and drafting, preparing and reviewing various contracts and providing legal advice and assistance on their daily operation.
Steven obtained a Bachelor Degree in Law from Fudan University. Steven has work experience in both Chinese and international law firms. Before rejoining Yaoliang Law Offices, Steven worked in Yaoliang Law Offices and practiced as a PRC lawyer for more than five years after passing the PRC national bar examination in 2003 and then worked in Stephenson Harwood as senior legal manager for three years. Steven is a native Mandarin speaker and is also fluent in English and Shanghainese.
