Stephen Gu Partner
Stephen has broad experience in international inward investment in China, telecommunications, securities and financing. During his legal career so far, he has represented several major international and domestic companies as their leading PRC legal adviser in a number of projects in China concerning IT&T, international investment and listing. He has led the majority of IT&T projects at Yao Liang Law Office.
He has a very solid understanding of the PRC economic and legal environment, and has extensive experience in assisting international investors in structuring their investment projects, identifying suitable business vehicles/project structures, and regulating their business operations within the permissible PRC legal framework from a perspective combining international practice with PRC local requirements.
Stephen graduated with a Bachelor of Law from Peking University in 1995.
