Amanda has advised international and Chinese clients on foreign direct investment and mergers and acquisitions in China particularly in the establishment and operation of equity/cooperative joint ventures, wholly foreign-owned enterprises, holding companies and representative offices and also in company law, contract law, intellectual property law, labour law, telecommunication regulations and other commercial issues. Amanda had 19 years' practice experience in China and had Solid understanding of commercial and corporate laws of China. She got the National Bar Qualification in 1999 and had good communication skills both in Chinese and English.
Amanda completed the Bachelor Degree of Law from Renmin University of China.
