Zhou Peng Partner
Ms. Zhou has approximately 30-year experience in legal industry, in leading PRC law firms and international firm’s Beijing and Hong Kong offices. In addition to private practice, Ms. Zhou had been the Chief Risk Officer of the overseas investment platform of one of China’s four state-owned asset management companies, and inhouse counsel for a sovereign wealth fund investment platform in Hong Kong.
Ms. Zhou’s practice focuses on financing and investment areas, with extensive experience in traditional bank financings, project financing as well as fund financing. Ms. Zhou has established experience in multi-disciplinary cross-border investment and financing transactions, and the restructuring of distressed companies with its international business.
Ms. Zhou is fluent in English and Mandarin (native). Ms. Zhou is admitted to PRC bar, and an affiliate member of ACCA. Ms. Zhou is currently the councilor of the PRC Law Association of Hong Kong.
