On January 21, 2022, the world's third Fast4Ward FPSO MPF3 was successfully delivered, which was built for SBM OFFSHORE in Netherlands by CSSC Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding Co., Ltd (“SWS”) and CSTC. The carrier was jointly designed by 708 Institute of CSSC and SWS, same as 2 previous carriers built and delivered by SWS. It continues to follow the "universal" design concept originally created by SBM. Its design concept is an FPSO with oil storage capacity of 2.3 million barrels of oil. The FPSO can be equipped with internal turret, external brick tower and multi-point mooring system to meet the marine environment conditions in West Africa, South America and other regions. Since 2017, Yao Liang Law Offices  has been participating  in the contract negotiation, execution and performance of the SWS’ first and subsequent hulls in the series offast4ward FPSO newbuild project, and provided legal services.
